До января 2010 года водителям двухколесного транспорта с рабочим объемом двигателя до 50 куб. см, или электродвигателем до 4 кВт, придется обзавестись правами категории А1 (соответствует категории А). Данное постановление принял Кабинет министров. Согласно ему, управлять двухколесным транспортом смогут люди, достигшие 16 лет, для этого им придется не только сдать экзамен в ГАИ, но и предъявить справку о прохождении 20-часового курса обучения.
Сами водители от нововведений правительства не в восторге. «Я управляю скутером уже два года. Обучался этому самостоятельно, как и большинство моих друзей. Ничего сложного в этом нет!» — возмущается скутерист Александр. Леонид Новицкий, директор одного из центров обучения водительскому мастерству, с этим не согласен. «В чистом поле, может, и нет ничего сложного. Но для того, чтобы ездить по городу, надо знать правила», — говорит он. Только на прошлой неделе центр выпустил две группы скутеристов — 24 человека. Базовое обучение вождению на двухколесном транспорте длится пять дней (25 часов), стоит свыше трех тысяч гривен.
Кстати, инструкторы по вождению уверяют, что мотоциклисты куда реже попадают в аварии, чем автомобилисты. «Хотя стоит признать, что нередко мотоциклисты провоцируют аварии, потому что не соблюдают, например, рядность движения, едут между рядами. А ведь не каждый водитель авто сумеет сориентироваться в такой ситуации», — считает Андрей Пилипенко, директор центра контраварийной подготовки «Альфа-Щит».
